My little girl is growing up, but she is still insistent that she chooses her hair ties / bows / clips. Currently, she (and I) are loving these, H-luv hair ties — they are sturdy, girly, frilly, and fun.

Yvonne Sporre Girls Dress
My daughter is a girlie girl who loves long dresses, pink, flowers, and jewelry (already dreading teenage years…). So when I found out this spring that one of my favorite dress designers, Yvonne Sporre,was now making her signature dresses for young girls, I raced to Warm (my favorite store in the WORLD HANDS DOWN UNDERLINED BOLD ITALIC TEN EXCLAMATION POINTS) to buy a dress for Tusia. And man, is it beautiful. Beyond magical, unique, stunning, incredible. So happy. Love is an understatement. Expensive, but dreamy nonetheless.

Mini Melissa Kitty Shoes
While it hit other states hard, Juno the Blizzard didn’t really hit NYC….but we still had (a tiny amount of) snow, no school, lots of hot cocoa, sledding, and snow angels. I was a little disappointed to wake up to 2 (ok, 6 total) inches of snow, but super happy to be with the kids and play in the snow. I hope all the JG readers in New England are doing OK.
Petit Bateau Undies
Since Natori doesn’t make kids’ undies (TEAR!), the kids are forced to wear a different brand. I know, the horror! If only Natori made underwear for kids, we would all be set for life! Thankfully, Petit Bateau, a French company, makes the perfect substitute. Almost as good as Natori undies for grown ups….

I LOVE having a daughter to dress and accessorize. I love putting her in fun clothes, and seeing her transform from baby to girl. Hair accessories are one of my favorite additions to her outfit.
