Vegan No Bake Cookie Balls

* 1.5 cups of raw cashews

* 1 cup of pitted dates

* 1 teaspoon vanilla

* 2 teaspoons of water

* 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

* chocolate chips to taste!

Pulse the cashews until they are fine -- but not butter.

Add dates, vanilla, salt, and water. The mixture should stick together when ready.
