Ingredients:
Simple ingredients
* 1.5 cups of raw cashews
* 1 cup of pitted dates
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 2 teaspoons of water
* 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
* chocolate chips to taste!
Directions:
Measure the ingredients out
Chop the dates (makes it easier in the food processor)
Pulse the cashews until they are finely ground — but not butter.
Pulse
Add dates, vanilla, salt, and water. The mixture should stick together when ready.
Then add chocolate chips and mix together more.
Roll into balls. Place them on a pan lined with parchment paper.
Place in freezer for 30 minutes.
All done! Store in fridge.
Air tight container! VOILA! They are divine. Gobble them up.
