Xmas with the Natoris

We safely arrived yesterday in Oregon where we will spend the next week lounging, eating, skiing, reading, and laughing with my parents, also known as Nana and Tata. (I wrote that sentence before our flight.  We are here missing a bag and had to drive four hours through the mountains because we missed our connecting flight and they couldn’t guarantee us on another flight until Tuesday.  So we are flustered, but yes, still safe!) We are all so happy to be with them and to celebrate the holidays.  As Ken’s parents just left for the Philippines to be with Ken’s grandmother, we had a “pretend Christmas” (as Cruzzie said) at the end of last week at the Natoris. Here are Christmas posts from 2012 and 2011, and now CURRENT shots of the Natori Srs apartment from this year! Enjoy!

More white. All the garland was actual, real life branches and pines, with white paint on it. Very fancy.

Why hello there Santa! Cruzzie loved this Santa, and I must say, that it was the first Santa that was not scary. I wanted to sit on him and tell him what I wanted for christmas. He was just that friendly!

Yeehaw!!! One of Cruzzie's presents from "Santa" was a full on Cowboy outfit -- with real leather vest and chaps, and a hat. So freaking adorable, I must say.

Lola Natori with little princess, Toosh! Zoe was petrified of Santa, and wanted to be held the entire time. Here she is opening up an incredibly beautiful tutu (my dream outfit for myself, actually!)

Me and my beautiful sister, Galen. She is moving tomorrow to Oregon from NYC. But we are not talking about it right now or I will start to cry. I have sobbed enough over the past month….It has been so wonderful having her live in NYC for the past 3 years….we will miss her dearly but will see her in the summers in Oregon.
