I posted this a million years ago, but they are SO good that I wanted to post them again. Lalo cookies from Gwyneth Paltrow. Everything about them I love — a bowl mix recipe, wholesome ingredients, delicious for breakfast / dessert / snack. They are so good that you cannot just eat one.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups barley flour (I could not find, so used spelt flour instead)
- 3 cups raw whole almonds crushed in a food processor
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 cup maple syrup
- jam (I used two different kinds just to spice things up)

They are sturdy, healthy, can’t go wrong cookies. Hope you are having a great week!
These are so good, however canola oil is really best to avoid since refined and GMO. There is an adaptation of this recipie that is just as delicious…highly reccomend!
