Inspired by the Flower Crown Gathering and the scrumptious appetizers served, I re-made the basil vinaigrette. It is delicious, healthy, and GREEN!
Ingredients:
* 1 shallot, chopped
* 2 cups fresh basil leaves with the stems removed
* 1/2 cup olive oil
* 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
* 1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
* Place all ingredients in a blender and BLEND.
* Tada, done.
