Edamame! Soybean heaven! So rich and good — can’t.stop.eating.it.addicted.oh.my.

Spinach and garbanzo beans in a vitamix. AMAZING. So easy to make, and so delicious to eat. A gold medal star for this recipe.
* 1 can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
* 1/4 cup tahini
* 1 – 2 tablespoons of lemon juice (juice from half a lemon)
* 1/2 cup of water
* 1/4 cup of olive oil
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon dried basil
* 2 cups of raw spinach
* Put all the ingredients into the vitamix
tada!
* Pulse
