Creamy and oh so dreamy. This salad dressing from my new favorite cookbook “Eat Clean Play Dirty,” is great to make for the week ahead and drizzle on crudites or any salad. It was so good that immediately after I made the first batch, I QUADRUPLED the recipe to have more to grab for any and every salad!
Ingredients:
* 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons tahini
* 2 and 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar
* 2 teaspoons soy sauce
* 2 and 1/4 teaspoons of white miso
* 1/2 teaspoon siracha
* 2 tablespoons water
Directions:
Simply put in a jar and mix, and VOILA, there you go! Seasamy, creamy, tangy and oh so good!

judging from the ingredients used this sounds like a good sweet and tangy dressing.
