Two Ingredient Pancake

OK.  I’m jumping on the bandwagon.  In recent weeks, I have seen a couple blog posts on “two ingredient pancakes.” I tried them, and you MUST give them a shot. They taste and look like pancakes, but they aren’t. Truly magical.

There you have it, THAT easy! Two ingredient pancake that is gluten-free, sugar free and nut free, but full of energy, protein, and flavor.  Great as an easy breakfast or as a quick snack in the middle of the day. Please try it. Trust me. We are off to Marfa, Texas for the wedding of two of our close friends.  Stay tuned for pics next week. Have a great weekend!

  1. I love making pancakes, but I never seem to have the time in morning because getting all the ingredients together takes forever. But this is so easy! Definitely will make my mornings easier…and healthier!

  2. I love, love, love this! I have been going crazy trying to find nourishing yet healthy breakfast choices. This is seriously an amazing option — please keep them coming!!
