OK. I’m jumping on the bandwagon. In recent weeks, I have seen a couple blog posts on “two ingredient pancakes.” I tried them, and you MUST give them a shot. They taste and look like pancakes, but they aren’t. Truly magical.
Ingredients:
* 1/2 banana, mushed
* 1 beaten egg
Directions:
* Mash the banana
* crack egg, and beat in with banana
* On frying pan, add butter / oil to prevent sticking
* Flip
* Eat
There you have it, THAT easy! Two ingredient pancake that is gluten-free, sugar free and nut free, but full of energy, protein, and flavor. Great as an easy breakfast or as a quick snack in the middle of the day. Please try it. Trust me. We are off to Marfa, Texas for the wedding of two of our close friends. Stay tuned for pics next week. Have a great weekend!
I’ve always wanted to go to Marfa. Go to the MArfa Prada!

Safe travels and have a good weekend!
Thanks, Jill! Hope you were able to read all the recaps in the posts following this one!
Interesting! FYI, this isn’t vegan.
So embarrassing! I made the change.. thank you!
That sounds delish! I’ll have to try it.
I swear by these! My new go to snack!
I love making pancakes, but I never seem to have the time in morning because getting all the ingredients together takes forever. But this is so easy! Definitely will make my mornings easier…and healthier!
Do try!
I love, love, love this! I have been going crazy trying to find nourishing yet healthy breakfast choices. This is seriously an amazing option — please keep them coming!!
