Having been a math teacher for 10 years and a student before that, this will be my first Fall without going back to ‘school.’ Freshly retired, (I will still be private tutoring, and of course, writing the blog!) I still love the feeling of buying school supplies, starting a new year, and becoming (more) organized. Here are my favorite supplies slash beauty products slash accessories, for “Back to School.”
I LOVE TO-DO LISTS LIKE NO OTHER! And this note pad makes me even more excited (if that is possible!) to jot down notes to check off on my list. This is an organizational life saver.
Are you sometimes too busy to wash your hair (pretend that I didn’t say that, but it is soooo true)? If so, this organic, talc-free hair powder that smells much better than dirty-sweaty-hair is your solution!
Natori Mod-Retro Brief Panties
New season, new panties! Easy fit, good coverage, comfortable, and oh-so-mod.
The Organic Pharmacy Natural Deodorant
Yes, weird for a back-to-school-wish-list, but nothing says new YEAR better than a fresh scent. I have been on a two month long search for the perfect natural deodorant (no more chemically artificial ones, thank you!) and it has been failure upon failure. However, this one is the best. And I need the best.
Yep, I am fitness and statistics obsessed. The wristband gives you all the information that you are dying to know (for the people who probably like writing to do lists…..) such as your sleep patterns, fitness data, and food intake.
As a big fan of backpacks, this Pendleton number is unique, artsy, and hip. Can’t wait to get my hands on it — perfect for back to school (even if the school is your kids’ school!)
There you have it! Can’t you smell the pencil sharpener and crisp apples? What supplies do you want for Fall?
Happy first day of school! Bring it on, Fall.
will definitely be sporting my natori mod retro briefs. college!
I can’t wait to get them in my wardrobe ASAP.
happy retirement!
Thank you! Bit of an adjustment, but I am sure it will work out great.
Jawbone looks so cool. I’m a little offended I’m not on your 1996 to do list!
HA! Don’t be offended — you know that every minute was booked with you in my head! We still have all the notebooks full of our notes from high school. Miss you loads!
