Summer 2016 To-Do-List

I realize that for many of you, summer started almost a month ago.  But it is never too late to create a summer 2016 to-do-list / wishlist.  (Here is my To-Do-List from last summer). Enjoy!

1. Go to Hot Yoga twice a week. (Already been twice in this past week, so we are off to a good start! #HumbleBrag)

Shavasana counts in yoga, right? (This is my dad last year on the Oregon Coast)

2. Be diligent with sunscreen.

Sunscreen includes the stuff in a bottle, a hat, and sunglasses.

3. Be okay with doing nothing. Also, listen to the birds, appreciate the quiet, admire the nature in Eugene, and embrace my surroundings.

Like just sitting on a dinosaur for an hour and be okay with it.

4. Go on lots of new adventures to Seattle, Portland, Yosemite and Sonoma. The West Coast is definitely the #bestcoast.

Planes, trains, automobiles

7. Be thorough with my new health regime (stay tuned!).

Souffle....may or may not be included in my new health regime. That said, why NOT eat some cake?

8. Find the perfect running shorts.

We wear short shorts...yes, I love these shorts, but I need some more running shorts.....suggestions please!

9. Train for the NYC 2016 marathon.

Running in a romper is almost as ridiculous as hiking in a romper. #DontUnderestimateThePowerOfARomper

10. Learn more recipes / dishes from my mother.

A typical dish that my mother just throws together. Every summer, I yearn to be more like her in the kitchen....and every Fall, I #Fail.

11. Teach Toosh how to ride a two-wheeled bike.

Our current bike ride set up includes Toosh in a trailer....we need to get her on a two wheel STAT.
