Nothing better than a mother-daughter-matching outfit… a HUNGARIAN EMBROIDERED mother-daughter-matching outfit!
From my instagram (@ynatori), rocking my Hungarian shirt in Mexico last week. We were vacationing with my parents in Bucerias. (Truth be told, I thought it was a Mexican shirt and therefore, very #meta of me to be a 1/2 Mexican wearing a Mexican shirt in Mexico. ALAS, le sigh, reality is that I was 1/2 Mexican in Mexico rocking a Hungarian shirt….doesn’t ring the same type of bell… but I still like the shirts.).
This 100% white cotton blouse is from Muzungu Sisters, a great website that specializes in imported (and beautiful) fashion.
The yellow wall is outside my uncle’s house in Bucerias, Mexico, with a lush and gorgeous garden inside.
These pictures take more attempts than you would think. For example, this one. Not so good.
Ken couldn’t come to Mexico last year and came a week after we arrived this year. His yellow wall debut!
Little kid dress, which will soon evolve to little kid shirt. Toosh loves it more than any other dress she owns (and let me tell you, she has quite the collection of Bon Point dresses)…

These traditional blouses are hand-embroidered for Muzungu Sisters in Hungary by a third-generation embroiderer in the countryside just outside of Budapest. The delicate details and embroidery make for an incredible shirt — both worn on the beach or urban setting. I can’t wait to rock my shirt in NYC!

This is the cutest thing ever. I have a similar embroidered bag that I bought from a consignment store. I always assumed it was from Mexico too.. Either way Hungary/Mexico I’m in love with the vivid colors and detail ??
