Recently I learned how to make a cheese board and found it easy and fun that I want to share with you all.

First this cheese is incredible — it is creamy, smooth, and unlike anything else. You cut off the top and then it looks like a dip, but it is a cheese.

This one was also delicious, so I took a photo of it.

The key is to cut most of the cheese in to single pieces so people don’t have to fuss with knives. Then you arrange them differently. Some were slices, some were cubes — the blue cheese was whole.

Then we added some prosciutto and salami in different areas.

Some grapes and figs — and not just in one single place, but in many different areas.

Getting it more full. Adding two different types of crackers in it as well.

Bowl for fig dip to add later.

Added sage to add some color.

Voila — how beautiful is it. And so easy.
I can’t wait to recreate this beautiful board! And you should, too.
