Last week, on August 8th 2024, we did a little ceremony to manifest the good! What is Lion’s Gate Portal? GOOD QUESTION! It is an astrological term describing the alignment of the sun in Leo, the star Sirius, which is the brightest star as seen from Earth, the constellation Orion’s Belt and the Earth. Basically, it is a day reserved for the practice of manifestation. August 8th 2024 — 8 – 8- 8 (get it the 2+0+2+4 = 8)
So, we charged the crystals during the day.
Put them in the sun to get CHARGED full of energy.
Then, when the sun was going down, we turned on some spa music, sat next to a fire, and thought of what we wanted to ask the universe. Since it is almost the school year, it was good for the kids to think about what they wanted to achieve this year.
We held the crystals and just did a lot of silent thinking.
We wrote down our goals / intentions / manifestations on paper, but did not share them. Instead, one by one, we put them in the fire and watched them burn, cementing them to our memory.
Who knows if it works or what the power behind it is, but we all enjoyed the time to be reflective and thoughtful.
Afterwards, we put the crystals back in their beautiful bowl — for the next ceremony — whenever that is!
