Sweet Potato, Peanut Butter and Banana

From “Vegan At Times [1],” I found this recipe that is easy, filling, and delicious. A sweet potato, peanut butter, and banana sandwich. It is definitely unique, but so good that I plan to have it in rotation as an easy breakfast, snack, or lunch!

 

Look at it — so colorful and delicious!

 

Ingredients:

Simple ingredients!

 

* english muffin, toasted

* sweet potato (already baked)

* banana

* cinnamon

* honey or jam

 

Directions:

 

First spread the baked sweet potato.

Then add the peanut butter (or almond butter)

Then banana, cinnamon, honey or jam!

And tada!!!!

 

Not rocket science, but a special twist and nutricious at same time! Definitely suggest making it for a sweet and filling meal!
