My new favorite complement to any meat, fish, or veggie is a chimichurri sauce. It is green (and I love anything green), healthy, and oh so delicious. Here is the recipe, enjoy!
Ingredients:
* 1/2 cup chopped parsley
* 1/4 chip chopped cilantro
* 2 tablespoons of oregano leaves or ried oregano
* 4 large garlic cloves
* 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
* 3/4 cup olive oi,
* 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
* salt, to taste
* pepper, to taste
Directions:
* Place in blender, blend!

You can also freeze it! So make one big batch — the gift that keeps on giving.
* Add to anything and everything!
