Rummikub

For the past year, my favorite board game has been Rummikub. It is the perfect game for kids, families, or even adults to play. It is easy enough to play with kids, but also challenging and smart enough for adults.

Family game — that you can also put in a bag and travel with. We took it over Winter Break and it was the perfect downtime activity.

Rummikub is based off of Gin Rummy.

Players have 14 tiles initially and take turns creating sets (groups or runs) of at least three, drawing a tile if they cannot play. Players can work with the tiles that have already been played.

It is fun to play off of people’s sets and come up with new versions on how to use your tiles.

Fun for the whole family.

It is an incredibly addicting, challenging, smart and fun game. It makes a perfect present for young and old people — give it a shot! To buy, go to amazon.

  1. You not putting your tiles in numerical order is the most shocking development of 2019. I am floored. Do I know you?

  2. I love rummikub but absolutely HATE IT when players move the sets around the board to set them in order. You spend most of your time trying to work them out again when you have just followed the sets as the game goes on and have your move all worked out. I nearly leave the game . If it’s to confuse the other player it really is a big pain in the bust. BUT I LOOOOOOVE THE GAME

  3. Rummikub is an interesting game to enjoy with family. If you want to read more about this kind of games, visit BR Softech.
