Currently on Spring Break….  loving the weather, lack of responsibilities, and sunshine. Also, currently loving….

 

1.  Kerrygold Butter

 

I mean, I can eat this stick all at once. It is creamy, salty, and oh so perfect. By far the best butter (in the states) that I have eaten. I know by it every week because it is so good to eat on bread (I'll take some bread on that butter).

2. Brioche Bread

 

Another weekly staple of mine, delicious eaten alone OR smothered with Kerrygold butter. We love to eat this as a snack or for breakfast as french toast. My absolute favorite bread (and unlike most Americans, I love bread and actually eat it).

  2. BTW..forgot to mention down 35 lbs total so far..am now up to 2400 calories a day..
