Tooth Pillow

Although my son, Cruz, had all his baby teeth in by the time he was 6 months old, he has yet to lose a tooth. Nonetheless, I am prepared for when he DOES! I found the cutest and chicest tooth pillow [1] for him when the big day comes.

This little pillow has a perfect sized pocket for a tooth, money and a little note to or from the tooth fairy.  It fits nicely under the pillow and looks nice sitting on a shelf as it waits for the next round.

Nothing cries chic like a boy in a swimsuit holding a tooth pillow.

Cruz is weirdly excited b this pillow.

My attempt to get a picture of his mouth to show all his baby (non wiggling) teeth.

The pocket is made from unbleached muslin, the front is organic hemp, and the backing is unbleached canvas. Minimalist, modern, and natural looking!

A sticker to show size. YES, I KNOW WEIRD CHOICE OF A STICKER, but a girl has to do what a girl has to do (and I was at a loss for anything but this sticker choice).

Now that I have the tooth pillow, we are waiting to see when Cruzzie loses his first tooth. Until then, do tell me — what is the going Tooth Fairy [2] rate these days? Does she (is it a “she”?) write a note? If so, what does she say? And do you keep the lost teeth (for some reason that grosses me out….)
