Butte Creek Mill Cookie Mix

Because everything “cool” that I discover is from my mom, here is the most recent find: whole grain, organic, artisan cookie mixes! Made in Oregon (obvi), these mixes come from Southern Oregon’s Butte Creek Mill. And it has been in operation since 1872 — long standing coolness.

Mixes!

Mixes!

Not only do they sell cookie mix, but many other ground flours, pancake, waffle, and muffin mixes as well. Anything carby that you want to eat! Sold online and in stores, these are great to have lying around the house for a last minute dessert, or to give to someone as a present. In my parents house, these are used for impromptu dinner parties and are so easy to make that my omlette-only-cooking-father can bake them.

Too many to choose from, so I just ordered a big assortment of goodies.

These cookies are so scrumptious that no one will even guess that you made them from a mixture with your eyes half closed. I can’t wait to try the rest of the mixes…. Available online here.  Enjoy!
