Until recently, my music listening set-up in our apartment was less than ideal. We have Sonos set up, but for whatever reason, we rarely use it, and when we do it is to listen to NPR. So like a college student, I basically only listened to music on my iPod and through computer speakers. But no longer, now that I have JAMBOX! Not fancy enough to have a built-in speaker system, but too old to not have speakers, I have found the perfect middle ground, with this tiny, amazing, innovative, and hip speaker system (thanks for the gift, brother and sister in law!)
It is like a modern day ghetto-blaster! WHAT UP!
Even the packaging is ultra-chic, modern, and fresh.
Jambox is a portable wireless speaker, but with a rich and stunning sound. For people who know about speakers (not me), it is powered by a “pair of proprietary, highly sophisticated acoustic drivers, unmatched in their ability to produce extreme high (tweeter) and low (woofer) frequencies from a single, ultra-small dome speaker.” Can you tell that I had to quote that ? I am not technologically savvy. Bottom line is that Jambox is a speaker that operates wirelessly through your computer, ipad, or iphone. Once you synch it with your device of choice , you can play music on your iTunes and have speaker quality sound. It is portable as well, so you can use it wherever.
Ever since we were given the speakers, we have a new love (and method) of pumping loud music to have family dance parties. And let me tell you, these dance parties make everything in life that much sweeter and better. Jambox is the perfect portable speaker as it has a good battery life, is easy to setup, and has a loud and rich sound.
Josie Girl: “….JUST DO IT.”
Cute packaging
like an apple product!
i got one for Christmas too! i haven’t fully embraced it. It is still another step so sometimes it is easier just to use my Mzcbook speaker. But I do like it when I set it up.
I love it. Just connected it to my iphone this weekend and love that, too. So easy!
