For the past 12 years, I have been drinking the same morning shake / smoothie. Here it is!
Sometimes it is green….
and sometimes it is purple! (all depends on what fruit you put in it)
All the good stuff.
* 1 scoop of Paleo Green
* 1 scoop of Paleo Red
* 1 scoop of Paleo Meal
* 1 tablespoon of Flax Seed Oil
* 1/2 cup of Water
* 1/2 cup of Almond / Oat / Pea Milk
* Lots of frozen fruit, mostly strawberries and blueberries, and some times bananas
My whole family likes the smoothies, even the kids. It is super healthy, delicious, and satisfying. There are a lot of ingredients and steps, and it’s not cheap. But I swear it is delicious, healthy, and worth it!
Call me lazy, but sometimes I would rather pay $10 for a smoothie than find all the ingredients and make it myself. It sounds lazy, but finding the various ingredients, then washing, chopping, measuring them all = too much effort. So what do you know, there is a service (currently only offered in New York City) which delivers packs of frozen fruit / vegetable combinations so you can MAKE your own smoothies without the hassle. I am hooked on this dried green juice. Not only do I love the packaging (so modern and cool) but the product itself is a winner. At first, I was terrified of drinking it — 14 healthy, natural, organic ingredients — so healthy that even I was a little worried. BUT I WAS WRONG.
