Summer 2018 Paris

Greetings from Europe!  I was just in Paris with the kids and we had so much fun. I am a lover of anything French, especially Paris. And it makes me so happy and excited to have the ability to show the kids a city and culture that I love so much. There is a je-ne-sais-quoi about France that I just feel so strongly about. Here are some pictures of our adventures:

Paris, oh Paris. You forever have my heart. Everything about you is dreamy, romantic, lovely, and grand.

Rainbows along the Seine, yes please.

So much color, flavor and fashion.

The bridges! Each one is beautiful and dreamy.

The kids were champions and got along swimmingly and walked miles upon miles, barely eating lunch, and throwing themselves into everything we did.

Don’t fall in….

And of course the food is my favorite. This salad, from Monsieur Bleu, is one of my absolute favorites and I want to recreate it: avocado, romaine, pomegranate seeds, cilantro, mint, citrus. SO GOOD.

When in France….eat pate!

And drink Champagne! This is the best!!!!

And of course, I ate a nutella crepe every single day, because, well, how could I NOT????

June Paris nights are truly magical. The light is always unbelievable in Paris, but in June, it is even more incredible.

This is at 9:30 at night!! The lightness!

So cheesy. And so peaceful.

We did a lot during our time in Paris; Musee D’Orsay, shopping, playing at Jardin D’Acclimitation, Jardin des Tuleries, eating and more eating, runs along the Seine and in Bois de Bologne, Montmartre, Sacre Coeur, Marais, walking and more walking, and two day trips (one to Versailles and one to Normandy).  Now, we are in Greece with Ken and his parents. I am sorry for all the personal travel photos, but that is my current state! Hope you are having a lovely week!
