Paloma Slushies Recipe

Now that I have a new home, and a new place to cook, entertain and lounge, I have been scouring cookbooks and cooking blogs. I found this recipe for a Paloma Slushie from the cookbook “Small Victories“. It is fool-proof, easy, and incredibly delicious.

Part slushie, part margarita. Perfection.

Ingredients:

* 4 limes

* 1/4 cup honey or agave nectar (I prefer agave)

* 1 cup LaCroix (recipe calls for grapefruit juice, but I used tangerine LaCroix instead!)

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 1 cup tequila

* 4 cups ice cubes

Half of the ingredients (but the important ones)

Directions:

* Peel the limes

* Put all ingredients into blender except for ice cubes, and blend.

* Then add the ice and run until mixture is smooth (and delicious)

* Drink and enjoy!

Happy weekend! Happy Mother’s Day, and hopefully you can make this drink and enjoy it.
