Tuna Artichoke Salad

Eat! YUM!

Although this recipe is so easy that you don’t need an actual recipe, the combination is original and therefore needs an introduction. So drum roll, introduce tuna with artichoke! HELLO! Get in my belly!

 

Ingredients:

* Good quality tuna

* marinated artichokes

* optional mayonnaise

* salt and pepper

 

Directions:

Mash and break up tuna and aritchoke with fork (or spoon ----although fork would have been easier)

Note: the key is using HIGH QUALITY TUNA! It is not cheap, but it is OH SO GOOD. So good that even though I am completely full, I might want to eat a third sandwich. Have a great weekend!
